Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Telesales Executive to generate leads, establish relationships with potential customers, and introduce them to our fintech platform. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, utilize strong communication and negotiation skills, and contribute to the growth of our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling and networking.
- Build rapport with customers and introduce them to ReferLoan's services.
- Effectively communicate the benefits and features of our platform to customers.
- Persuade customers to sign up for our services by highlighting their advantages.
- Set up appointments for potential customers to meet with our account executives.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in telesales or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Good knowledge of financial products and services.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Fluency in Hindi and English languages.
