Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Telesales Executive to generate leads, establish relationships with potential customers, and introduce them to our fintech platform. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, utilize strong communication and negotiation skills, and contribute to the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities through cold calling and networking.
  • Build rapport with customers and introduce them to ReferLoan's services.
  • Effectively communicate the benefits and features of our platform to customers.
  • Persuade customers to sign up for our services by highlighting their advantages.
  • Set up appointments for potential customers to meet with our account executives.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in telesales or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
  • Good knowledge of financial products and services.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Fluency in Hindi and English languages.
