Compensation Package
The estimated annual salary for this position is $150,000-$200,000, with performance-based bonuses. We also offer comprehensive health insurance and opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
Job Description
The International Business Expansion Lead will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive business development strategy to penetrate international markets, focusing on increasing sales and market share. This includes:
- Identifying high-potential markets and devising entry strategies that align with organizational goals
- Conducting in-depth market research to gather insights on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Analyzing market data to identify potential opportunities and risks, adapting strategies accordingly
- Building and maintaining robust professional relationships with key decision-makers in target markets
- Leading the sales process from lead generation to closing, negotiating terms and conditions that are favorable for both the company and clients
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 8-10 years of experience in international business development, sales, or a similar role within the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry
- A strong understanding of international markets, cultural and regulatory environments
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel internationally up to 50% of the time
