  • Troubleshooting and Support: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to workload scheduling and job, providing technical support and guidance to end-users and IT staff.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Develop and maintain documentation for workload scheduling processes and procedures, ensuring compliance with security and regulatory requirements.
  • Performance Tuning and Capacity Planning: Conduct performance tuning and capacity planning for workload scheduling environment, ensuring optimal system performance and efficiency.
  • Training and On-Call Support: Train end-users and IT staff on best practices for workload scheduling and job, participating in on-call rotation and providing 24/7 support for critical workload processes.
Required Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Certification: Certification in Tivoli Workload Scheduler or equivalent workload automation tool.
  • Experience: Proven experience working as a Tivoli Workload Scheduler or in a similar role, with in-depth knowledge of workload scheduling concepts and best practices.
  • Skills: Proficiency in scripting languages such as Shell, Perl, or Python for automation, strong understanding of IT infrastructure and job environments, and experience with troubleshooting and resolving issues related to workload scheduling.
