Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Senior Sales Business Development Manager to join our Fine Fibre Division. This role will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding our customer base in the writing instruments industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Business Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.
- Sales Team Management: Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to exceed sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activity, and new opportunities for growth.
- Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative products that meet customer needs and stay ahead of the competition.
- Degree: Bachelor's degree in any field or MBA.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the writing instruments industry.
- Skillset: Proven ability to handle sales and activities to exceed targets, excellent communication and presentation skills, and strong business acumen.
The estimated salary for this role is ₹16-20 LPA, depending on qualifications and experience.
