Job Title: Supply Chain Operations Manager

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the servicing of orders for regional sales teams within a defined customer service framework, ensuring timely issue resolution. They will validate demand over the horizon, assign prioritization to demand/orders/customers, and analyze order status in systems.

  • Validate demand with purchase orders available, letters of credit required, regulatory clearances, artwork details, SKU codes, IL checks, manufacturing license checks, minimum shelf-life requirements, pre-shipment documents submission to customers & timelines, regulatory confirmation, and other customer-specific requirements to ensure that the plan is achieved.
  • Gather information on scheduling, material receipt, and dispatch schedules.
  • Highlight any potential issues that might affect defined timelines.

The ideal candidate will have advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel and reporting (VBA macros, Power BI) and good understanding and experience of supply chain essential, preferably pharmaceutical.
