Business Development Professional with a Focus on Sales and Marketing

The estimated salary for this position is ₹30,000 - ₹40,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job Description
We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic individual to join our Pre-Sales team as a Sales and Marketing Associate on a 6-month paid contract. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales, working closely with senior team members to qualify leads, execute campaigns, and build customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Engagement: Engage with potential customers through calls, emails, and in-person meetings to understand their needs and preferences.
• Market Research: Conduct research on market trends, customer behavior, and competitor analysis to inform tailored marketing strategies.
• Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute strategies aimed at meeting sales targets, leveraging industry knowledge and expertise.
• Data Management: Maintain and update sales/marketing databases, track campaign progress, and prepare reports to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Recent graduate (any discipline) who is highly motivated and self-driven, with a strong passion for sales and marketing.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to prepare well-structured reports and deliver professional presentations.
• Confidence and ease in reaching out to industry professionals, building relationships, and expanding professional networks.
• Familiarity with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and other research or analytics tools is an advantage.
