About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven sales professional to join our team. As a Lead Power Systems Sales Professional, you will be responsible for promoting and selling a range of technical products and solutions under the direction of our Contractor Sales Head.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize business growth and achieve sales targets.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CONTRACTORS AND DISTRIBUTORS TO DRIVE SALES GROWTH.
  • Liaise closely with end-users, prescription teams, and sales departments to ensure full engagement coverage on project ecosystems.
  • Demonstrate technical expertise to develop credibility, loyalty, trust, and commitment with customers and partners.
  • Analyze market requirements, customer profiles, and competitor offerings to identify key value propositions and drive sales growth.
Technical Expertise

Strong knowledge of power control, monitoring, and management systems, including medium voltage, low voltage, and final load voltage systems is essential.

Desired Candidate Profile

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated sales professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A strong understanding of the power systems industry and experience working with contractors and distributors is highly desirable.
