Position Overview:

The Human Resources Business Partner is a key strategic role at Manhattan Associates, serving as a vital advisor to business leaders. This position is responsible for aligning HR initiatives with the company's overall objectives, driving organizational effectiveness, talent management, employee engagement, and fostering a positive work culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders to drive all People-related initiatives, providing guidance on employee development, performance management, career, and succession planning.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that support the business strategy, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, maintaining a safe and respectful work environment.
  • Develop and execute initiatives to enhance employee engagement, fostering a positive workplace culture that promotes collaboration and innovation.
  • Collaborate with the compensation and benefits team to ensure competitive and fair compensation practices, supporting employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Coach managers on effective performance management, focusing on employee productivity, feedback, and development.
  • Analyze and present people metrics to business leaders, informing data-driven decisions and strategic planning.
  • Drive Global People Projects/Initiatives locally, partnering with other Geo HR teams to achieve company-wide objectives.
  • Conduct employee pulse surveys, using data to identify trends and areas for improvement, driving continuous improvement and growth.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 6-8 years of experience in HR roles, including experience as an HR Business Partner.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and employees.
  • Proven ability to think strategically, implementing HR initiatives that align with business objectives.
  • Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with a focus on employee satisfaction and resolution.
  • Demonstrated experience in talent management, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Proven attention to detail and ability to effectively handle multiple priorities, using data analytics to inform People decisions in partnership with business leaders.
  • Must be skilled in the use of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
