Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Marketing Automation Specialist to join our team at Gravity Infosolutions. As an Adobe Journey Optimizer expert, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex omni-channel experiences using Adobe Journey Optimizer & Adobe Target tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design, implement and support marketing automation systems using Adobe Journey Optimizer tools.
  2. Creating and maintaining campaign documentation, including process designs, technical specifications, and test plans.
  3. Design and implement complex omni-channel experiences including channels such as Email, SMS, In-App, Paid Media and Web using Adobe Journey Optimizer & Adobe Target.
  4. Experience on Email on Acid / chrome profiling/light house/cross browser testing and other optimization tools
  5. Understand the marketing specifications document and ensure all data/content is available for the Campaigns execution and journey design and collaborating with marketing teams to define and implement data-related strategies, ensuring high-quality data inputs and outputs for effective campaign execution and reporting.
  6. Should have strong knowledge of building block-based designs using Email Builder / Journey Builder / Content management & Asset essentials in AJO.
  7. Extremely strong knowledge of HTML / CSS style / Javascript and font-families.
  8. Basic knowledge of SQL querying and database schema and data type.
  9. Should have the knowledge of building complex journeys for customer life cycle, customer early life based on individual profile and experience data.
  10. Implement and support automation triggered, recurring and ad-hoc communications
  11. Provide and be knowledgeable in best practices in campaign/Journey development to optimize efficiency and quality of deliverables.
  12. Ability to analyze the campaign requirements and suggest the type of data and logic that needs to be used.
  13. Knowledge of A/B testing and developing personalized experience journey using Adobe Journey Optimizer using experimentation or/and variant feature.
  14. Good knowledge of other areas of AEP outside of AJO and how AEP works in correlation with AJO, Target , RT-CDP; profile unification, identities, segments, activation
  15. Professional Attributes.
  16. Staying updated with the latest features and enhancements in Adobe Campaign, evaluating their relevance to business needs, and implementing as appropriate.
  17. Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment; innovative, adaptable, self-directed, and team player.
  18. Good analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to the details.
  19. Should have excellent communication skills and be able to interface directly with clients and higher management.
  20. Ability to work in a high-energy, quickly changing, and demanding environment
