We are seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to manage all scheduling and planning activities for our projects. You will translate the project's scope of work into detailed plans, meticulously track progress, and prepare comprehensive reports for stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Planning & Scheduling:
  • Supervise and execute projects efficiently and effectively, tracking progress, time, cost, quality, and EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) as per the project schedule.
  • Prepare an integrated schedule using Primavera or MS Project.
  • Update and re-baseline the schedule based on new inputs.
  • Develop catch-up plans and implement schedule crashing and fast-tracking as required.
  • Analysis & Reporting:
  • Conduct risk analysis and develop mitigation plans.
  • Highlight the critical path and generate critical path reports.
  • Perform schedule delay analysis and generate delay reports categorized by department, plant, or contractor.
  • Prepare presentations for senior management and present them clearly.
  • Generate various reports, including Progress S-curves, Cost Consumption S-curves, Delay Analysis Reports, Catch-up Plans, 30-day look-ahead reports, Milestone reports, and Risk and Risk Mitigation reports.
  • Resource & Team Management:
  • Perform resource loading and resource leveling, including resource utilization reporting.
  • Resolve cross-functional issues at the project level.
  • Coordinate with contractors to address interdependency issues and ensure project objectives are met.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficiency with planning and scheduling software like MS Project or Primavera.
  • Knowledge of the PMP certification process is beneficial.
  • Technical awareness of civil, electro-mechanical, and architectural works.
  • Excellent organizational and motivational skills.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and observation ability.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Professional experience in a similar role focused on project planning and coordination.
