Sales Pipeline Manager

We are seeking a skilled Sales Pipeline Manager to join our team at ShipGlobal. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing our sales pipeline through strategic lead generation, account management, and deal closing.
About the RoleAs a Sales Pipeline Manager, you will play a critical part in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. Your primary focus will be on developing and executing strategies to identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities.

Responsibilities- Source new sales opportunities through proactive lead generation and outreach efforts
- Manage a sales pipeline, including forecasting, pipeline analysis, and sales performance metrics
- Negotiate and close deals with existing and new customers to achieve monthly targets
- Presentation and upselling of company offerings to expand customer relationships
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
- 1-4 years of experience in inside sales or a related field
- Strong understanding of sales processes, pipelines, and metrics
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Experience in the logistics industry is a plus
