We are a leading clinical genomic lab offering a wide range of diagnostic services to doctors and researchers. Our Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) lab is equipped with cutting-edge genome sequencing platforms.

Job Overview:

As a Senior Genome Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting molecular genetic results, collaborating with our expert team to analyze NGS data and generate clinical reports. You will also work closely with our customer support team to ensure timely completion of projects and manage LIMS status.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Human Genetics or Molecular Biology and 3+ years of experience in analysis and interpretation of molecular genetic results. You should be able to collaborate effectively with our team and liaise with the sales team to clear customer queries.

  • Analyze and interpret molecular genetic results: HLA & Chimerism
  • Collaborate with expert team in NGS analysis and genetic diagnostic testing
  • Report writing and clinical report generation
  • TAT maintenance and management of LIMS status
  • Liaise with sales team to clear customer queries
  • Work closely with management team and sales force to improve services
  • Provide consultations on specific projects
