**Job Summary**


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Professional Support Associate to provide exceptional administrative and personal support to our executive team.


The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and multitask in a fast-paced environment.


Main Responsibilities:



  • Manage the executive team's calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements
  • Screen and direct phone calls and emails, responding to inquiries and providing information as necessary
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required by the executive team
  • Perform general office duties, such as filing, photocopying, and maintaining records
  • Act as a liaison between the executive team and other departments, external partners, and clients
  • Handle personal errands and tasks for the executive team, such as booking appointments, making reservations, and running errands
  • Conduct research and gather information for various projects and initiatives
  • Attend meetings and take notes as required, and follow up on action items
  • Manage executive's online presence

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Flexible schedule and availability to work outside regular business hours if necessary
