Business Development Professional

MoonDive is a dynamic and rapidly growing tech services company with a strong focus on delivering cutting-edge solutions in full stack, web, mobile, data analytics, and custom AI development. We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive our growth by acquiring new US clients.
We offer a competitive salary range of INR 6-12 LPA, along with quarterly commission payouts and performance-based bonuses.
Job Description- Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and targeting potential US clients through various channels, including networking, LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media. They will build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Sales Strategy and Execution:
The successful candidate will develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. They will prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients, negotiate contracts, and close deals to drive revenue growth.
- Market Research and Analysis:
The selected candidate will conduct market research to identify business opportunities and understand market trends. They will analyze competitor activities to inform business development strategies.
- Marketing and Brand Building:
They will collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns and promotional activities. They will enhance MoonDive's brand presence in the US market through various channels, including industry events and conferences.
- Product and Service Development:
The chosen candidate will provide feedback to the product development team based on client needs and market trends. They will assist in the development of new products or services that meet market demands.
- Reporting and Analysis:
They will track and analyze sales and business development activities. They will prepare regular reports for senior management on progress, challenges, and opportunities.
- Networking and Partnerships:
The ideal candidate will build and maintain a network of industry contacts and partners. They will explore and establish strategic partnerships to expand MoonDive's reach and capabilities.
