Primary Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
  2. Negotiate and close deals with clients, leveraging excellent interpersonal skills and effective communication.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
  4. Travel to meet with clients and negotiate sales agreements.
  5. Oversee all sales activities related to diamond jewellery, including product coordination and customer service.
  6. Accountable for achieving sales targets and identifying opportunities for growth.
  7. Identify and resolve client issues strategically, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify product improvements or new opportunities.
  9. Work with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service and represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.


Requirements:
  • Graduation required.
  • 4+ years of jewellery sales (B2B) experience.
  • Excellent communication skills and a good understanding of diamond jewellery products in the domestic market.
  • Experience handling jewellery stock and a people-friendly, self-motivated team player mindset.


Benefits:
  • Budget up to Rs. 50,000 per month (negotiable for a suitable candidate).
