Senior Sales Executive B2B

Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients, leveraging excellent interpersonal skills and effective communication.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Travel to meet with clients and negotiate sales agreements.
- Oversee all sales activities related to diamond jewellery, including product coordination and customer service.
- Accountable for achieving sales targets and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Identify and resolve client issues strategically, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify product improvements or new opportunities.
- Work with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service and represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
Requirements:
- Graduation required.
- 4+ years of jewellery sales (B2B) experience.
- Excellent communication skills and a good understanding of diamond jewellery products in the domestic market.
- Experience handling jewellery stock and a people-friendly, self-motivated team player mindset.
