Job Title: Sr Tech Infra Program Manager, DCPD

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Sr Tech Infra Program Manager to lead our cross-functional teams in delivering usable data center capacity. As a key member of our team, you will partner with senior stakeholders to develop, document, manage, and deliver infrastructure designs, implementation schedules, and budgets.

The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in managing technical and strategic programs, with a strong background in program and project management, architecture/design, mechanical/electrical engineering, software/hardware engineering, or a related field. You will be responsible for managing 10+ projects at any time, bridging internal customers, business functions, and functional delivery teams to enable on-time and right-sized delivery of new DC capacity.

The scope of this role includes early expansion planning, feasibility analysis, and approval of expansion plans and associated build timelines. You will evaluate multiple factors prior to approving a new plan of record, including owned/leased/collocated DC supply, utility delivery (power, water, and fiber), and long lead equipment (LLE) availability.

A successful TPM must be capable of managing a combination of metrics, tools, and mechanisms to remain aware of ongoing risks or issues that require their action, decision, mitigations, or effort to identify alternative solutions. You will communicate up, down, and across the organization to align direction, gain support, and drive remediation efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own delivery of new DC supply (space, power, and cooling) across one or more availability zones in India.
  • Manage 10+ projects at any time.
  • Bridge internal customers, business functions, and functional delivery teams to enable on-time and right-sized delivery of new DC capacity.
  • Develop, document, manage, and deliver infrastructure designs, implementation schedules, and budgets.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 10+ years of program management experience.
  • Experience in core project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management.
  • Well-organized and able to work effectively under cost and time pressure.
  • Proficiency with project management tools, metrics, and methodologies.
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Required gravitas to communicate most effectively and respectfully at the highest levels internally and externally with partner and vendor organizations.
  • Experience of managing projects in India.
  • Comfortable managing remote project delivery teams and facilitating technical whiteboard sessions to troubleshoot project implementation issues and remove barriers to project success.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree or advanced professional degree.
  • Bachelors and/or master's degree from premium institutes.
  • One or more of the following certifications: Agile, SCRUM, PRINCE2, PMP.
  • Experience in management of complex technology infrastructure projects (e.g. data centers, telecom, energy).
  • Understanding of Information Technology, Cloud Computing concepts, and specifically, AWS offerings.
