We are seeking a seasoned Learning Experience Design Manager to lead our team in designing and developing global training solutions that meet business needs. As a key member of our PRO/BAO Learning Experience Design team, you will be responsible for managing a team of learning experience designers, collaborating with stakeholders, and driving content-related programs from conception to delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Operations teams to meet business goals and objectives
  • Balance workload and priorities to meet short-term targets and team goals, making trade-offs between time, quality, and resources
  • Lead a team of LXDs to meet SLAs and deliver results, including hiring, managing performance, coaching, and promoting ICs
  • Audit team deliverables to ensure high quality and adherence to standards

Basic Qualifications
  • Experience in program or project management
  • 3+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
  • 3+ years of program or project management experience
  • Experience managing or leading instructional designers who create eLearning
  • Knowledge of instructional design models and frameworks
  • Some LMS experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
  • Degree or certification in instructional design
  • Experience creating training materials, including eLearning and audiovisual assets
  • UX design experience
  • Experience authoring proposals and reports
  • Management experience
