Job Summary:

This role requires a highly skilled and experienced engineering simulation expert to lead and develop our team's capabilities in finite element analysis, computational fluid dynamics, and other virtual testing methods. The successful candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and relevant domain fields.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and support to the engineering simulation team, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple virtual testing projects simultaneously, coordinating with cross-functional teams to integrate simulation efforts with product lifecycle management.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement global center of excellence strategies that align with the company's long-term goals, identifying emerging technologies and trends to drive innovation.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of subject matter experts and simulation professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Safety First: Demonstrate a 100% commitment to our zero-harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world-class safety culture.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree or PhD in Mechanical Engineering and relevant domain field.
  • 18+ years of experience in product/technology domain with system-level understanding.
  • 10-15 years of experience in engineering simulation, design methodologies, and validation.
  • Skilled in physical testing, virtual testing, and validation methods.
  • Proficient in data analysis, concept design, NPI process, and prototyping.
  • Familiar with international standards (API, ASME Sec VIII).
  • Proven global simulation project management experience, ideally with Agile methodology.
  • Track record of generating IP and driving innovative product solutions.

Salary Estimate: ₹2,500,000 - ₹4,000,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
