Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our EAR Reporting Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for transitioning our Excel reports to Power BI, automating current reports using Python or Data Lake, and providing ad-hoc analysis and regular reports.
Key Responsibilities- Translate business requirements into analytical solutions and actionable business insights.
- Transform complex data sets and existing reports into elegant end-user reporting using Power BI.
- Perform and deliver on ad-hoc business analysis on large data sets based on business requests.
- Explore opportunities to drive efficiency in operations by automating reports and processes.
- Maintain existing scripts, dashboards, and incorporate changes whenever required.
- Maintain documentation of all processes and reports being created.
- Manage and improve controls and validations of assigned activities.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, data analytics, MIS, or a related field.
- Strong academic background with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- 4-6 years of related experience in data management and reporting.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Power BI and Advance DAX functions and dashboard designing.
- Advanced skills in writing complex SQL queries, developing reports, and automation of report distribution.
- Experience in documenting business and technical processes.
- Self-motivated, ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- High sense of urgency and ability to adapt to a changing environment.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- 1-2 years' experience in Python or any other programming language.
- Knowledge of using Salesforce is a plus.
