We are seeking a highly skilled Telemarketing Executive to lead our team of telemarketers. As a Telemarketing Executive, you will be responsible for supervising the work of our telemarketing team, assigning shifts, setting sales goals, and delegating tasks. You will also be expected to handle escalated queries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.

To succeed in this role, you will need to foster a collaborative work environment that is free from distractions. A successful Telemarketing Executive will ensure the provision of consistent, high-quality service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Creating and setting achievable sales goals that grow progressively larger over time.
  • Informing staff of individual and overall sales targets to promote accountability within the team.
  • Assigning shifts in accordance with the target market's availability.
  • Updating customer details on our database and sharing this information with staff.
  • Tending to highly technical or serious questions and complaints.
  • Training new hires and monitoring current staff to ensure consistency in performance.
  • Maintaining a noise-free workplace that minimizes distractions for staff and clients.
  • Performing regular checks on telephone connections to ensure they are functioning properly.
  • Reporting on key achievements and obstacles.
  • Requiring a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Completion of a marketing-related training program is desirable.
  • Experience as a Telemarketing Executive within the industry is essential.
  • Considerable experience as a telemarketer prior to promotion.
  • Knowledge of all relevant consumer rights and responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to conceptualize, communicate, and fulfill visions.
  • Top-notch leadership, mentorship, and capacity development abilities.
  • Ability to remain respectful, particularly when dealing with dissatisfied customers.
