Job Overview:

This is an exciting opportunity for a finance professional with proven leadership, transformation, and analytical experience in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who can partner with cross-functional teams to simplify, automate, and optimize financial tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement FP&A strategies to deliver actionable insights and drive decision-making.
  • Lead annual planning by collaborating with multiple key stakeholders, including business divisions and finance teams.
  • Own service delivery as per defined SLAs with business divisions, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality analytics packs.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance critical reporting capabilities and support business dynamics.
  • Collaborate with divisional finance teams to understand business dynamics and their financial impact.
Qualifications:
  • CA qualification (mandatory) with 12+ years of post-CA Finance experience.
  • Relevant FP&A expertise, ideally within the FMCG sector.
  • Proficiency in BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
  • Strong financial and commercial reporting knowledge.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive independently and in a team within a fast-paced environment.
