Business Growth Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Growth Manager to drive business expansion and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and acquire new business opportunities through strategic partnerships, market research, and industry analysis.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for product lines, including food ingredients, spices, and seasoning products.
  • Manage end-to-end sales lifecycle from lead generation to closure, building strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key decision-makers.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for order fulfilment and customer service, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality products.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in FMCG sales, preferably in food ingredients, spices, or allied products. A background in pulses, seeds, seasonings, dry fruits, or nuts is an added advantage. Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, as well as strong analytical, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, are essential for this role.

As a Business Growth Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion. You will work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop effective strategies to capture them. Your ability to build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key decision-makers will be crucial in achieving sales targets and expanding our customer base.
