Job Title: Senior Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technology Head to join our team at Munsar Services. The successful candidate will report to our COO and be responsible for overseeing and enhancing our information security program, managing employee technology, and ensuring the integrity and availability of our technology infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Information Security Management:

• Develop, implement, and maintain our information security policies, procedures, and protocols.

• Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and implement corrective measures.

• Monitor and analyze security alerts and reports to ensure timely incident response and resolution.

2. Employee Technology Management:

• Oversee the provisioning, deployment, and maintenance of employee technology, including computers, mobile devices, and software.

• Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on security best practices and technology usage.

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to employees as needed.

3. Technology Infrastructure Management:

• Manage and maintain our technology infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud services.

• Ensure high availability and reliability of all technology systems and services.

• Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to procure and maintain hardware and software.

4. Software Applications Rollout:

• Lead the roll-out of new software applications, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and infrastructure.

• Evaluate and recommend new software solutions to enhance operational efficiency and security.

5. Artificial Intelligence Integration:

• Explore opportunities for integrating AI technologies to improve security and operational processes.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in information technology and IT management.

• Strong knowledge of information security principles, practices, and technologies.

• Experience with security risk assessment and management, incident response, and security auditing.

• Proficiency in managing technology infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud services.

• Experience in rolling out new software applications and managing implementation projects.

• Knowledge of artificial intelligence technologies and their applications.

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively train and support employees.
