Garment Sourcing Expert

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Garment Sourcing Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.

The Garment Sourcing Expert will be responsible for coordinating closely with vendors to ensure timely production, shipping, and delivery of garments while maintaining quality standards. This includes analyzing production costs and identifying opportunities for cost optimization without compromising quality or brand integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cost Optimization and Budget Management:
    • Analyze production costs and identify areas for improvement.
    • Develop and manage sourcing budgets effectively.
  • Production Coordination & Fulfillment:
    • Coordinate closely with vendors to ensure timely production and delivery.
    • Monitor and address any quality issues or deviations throughout the production process.
  • Quality Assurance and Compliance:
    • Conduct regular quality control checks.

  • Supplier Onboarding & Relationship Management:
    • Identify and onboard potential contract manufacturing partners.
    • Cultivate strong relationships with key vendors.
