At Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd., we are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to spearhead our beverage business.

About the Company

Godrej Vending is India's leading integrated vending service provider, renowned for its cutting-edge technology, world-class machines, stringent quality controls, and prompt after-sales service.

We have over 300,000 cups served every day, making us one of the most preferred brands for establishments across various sectors. Our domestic market spans 25,000+ vending machines served directly and through 200+ channel partners, offering more than 30 beverage variants of tea, coffee, soups, and special beverages.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieving sales and service objectives as per plan by driving top-line growth through designated channel partners and ensuring timely collections.
  • Maintaining channel hygiene by resolving queries/complaints efficiently and planning for channel expansion based on gap analysis and annual business plans.
  • Enhancing market coverage in city and upcountry dealer locations and assisting channel partners in acquiring key customers through lead generation, negotiations, and demos.
  • Studying competitor/market activity in the assigned territory and providing relevant feedback to Regional Heads.
  • Managing inventory of vending machines, sales/service consumables, hygiene, and compliance at the local level as per norms and building strong relationships with channel partners and key accounts.
  • Driving new organizational initiatives as announced from time to time and leading/outsource sales and service personnel.

Requirements

We require a Graduate/Postgraduate (any stream) with minimum 2 years of experience in the vending industry. Essential skills include negotiation, customer-centricity, analytical, interpersonal, result-oriented, and communication skills.

Compensation Package

The estimated annual salary for this role is ₹8-12 lakhs depending on qualifications and experience, inclusive of all benefits and allowances. We offer a comprehensive compensation package that aligns with industry standards.
