Apprentice

We are seeking a proactive and determined Apprentice to assist in the design, development, and execution of our projects. This role is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience by supporting senior engineers, conducting site inspections, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate is a hardworking individual with strong analytical and communication skills, eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.

Job Responsibilities
  • Design & Project Support:
  • Assist senior engineers in reviewing design basis reports, drawings, and in developing and implementing project plans.
  • Prepare daily progress reports, documents, and presentations to communicate project status.
  • Assist in the testing and commissioning of civil, electrical, and mechanical engineering systems.
  • Site Inspections & Compliance:
  • Conduct site inspections on a daily basis to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Assist in quality control, ensuring that civil, electrical, and mechanical engineering projects meet quality, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Collaboration & Skill Development:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Develop project management skills in areas such as scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Safety & Environment:
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to company safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree (B.Tech degree / Engineering etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong data analytical and mathematical skills.
  • MS Office expertise.
