">We are seeking an experienced sales professional with a strong understanding of the quartz industry to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to build strong relationships with customers and partners, and drive sales growth through strategic planning and execution.
">Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage channel sales through dealer and sub-dealer networks.">
- Collaborate with kitchen installers to generate leads and promote our products.">
- Pursue business development opportunities through Interior Designers & Architects (IDA) and provide exceptional support to clients.">
- Manage samples and displays across the sales network to effectively showcase our products.">
- Establish sales targets for their region, create roadmaps for achievement, and track performance metrics.">
- Cultivate strong relationships with factory and office teams to ensure seamless coordination on payments, supplies, and other essential matters.">
- Participate in trade shows and industry events to stay updated on industry trends and expand our network.">
Requirements

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in business or a related field.">
- A minimum of 6-8 years of experience in sales, preferably in the quartz or ceramic industry.">
