Salesforce CPQ Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce CPQ Engineer to join our team at Techcoopers - Powered by Selectiva. As a key member of our sales operations team, you will be responsible for customizing Salesforce to meet the needs of our clients.
The ideal candidate will have experience in configuring and developing Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning, REST, JavaScript, CSS, and SOQL. You should also have hands-on experience with Product Configuration, Logik.io, Price Rule, Product Rule, Approval Rules, and Salesforce CRM implementations for medium to large enterprises.
In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to build effective integrations and participate in design sessions and code reviews. Your expertise in customization, development, and configuration will enable us to deliver exceptional solutions to our clients.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position, and we prefer candidates who are available to work on-site in Indore. However, remote work can be considered based on client requirements.
The working hours will be from 3 PM to 12 midnight, Monday to Friday, with flexibility to accommodate client needs.
Responsibilities- Customize Salesforce applications using configuration and custom development.
- Write reusable, testable, and efficient code.
- Document technical designs for new projects and enhancements to existing solutions.
- Diagnose problems with existing application code and develop technical solutions to resolve them.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build effective integrations.
- Participate in design sessions and code reviews.
- 5-8 years of experience in Salesforce customization and development.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Salesforce implementation.
- Hands-on experience in Product Configuration, Logik.io, Price Rule, Product Rule, Approval Rules, and Salesforce CRM implementations for medium to large enterprises.
- Experience with Steel Brick Salesforce CPQ, including bundling, new sales, amendments, and renewal.
- Integration with ERP systems and asset management.
- Advanced approval processes and QCP/Custom Script knowledge.
- Good understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Git.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.
The estimated salary for this role is ₹20 lakhs per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
