We are seeking a skilled and experienced full-stack engineer to lead the development of our backend services and systems.

This role will involve designing and implementing large-scale, scalable, secure, and maintainable full-stack systems that integrate seamlessly with frontend components.

You will be responsible for translating business objectives into technical solutions using SAAS architecture, user experience, and backend system performance.

This position requires expertise in Java/J2EE and REST APIs, as well as strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.

You will also be expected to mentor junior engineers in both frontend and backend development, helping them advance their technical skills and grow within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement large-scale full-stack systems
  • Lead full-stack product development efforts
  • Mentor junior engineers
  • Ensure systems are compatible with DevOps processes
  • Implement best practices for CI/CD pipelines, logging, monitoring, and overall operational needs

Requirements

  • 8+ years of software development experience
  • Expertise in Java/J2EE and REST APIs
  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms
  • Proven experience leading teams and mentoring engineers
  • Operational experience with post-launch troubleshooting, system monitoring, and on-call responsibilities
