Job Summary

Chemplast Sanmar Limited seeks a skilled Stores Incharge to support the plant in achieving targets by carrying out responsibilities related to material handling, procurement, documentation standards, IS, safety systems, and more.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure storage and issuance of materials, engineering spares, and other items in Stores according to standard operating procedures.
  • Perpetually inventory the system regularly to ensure 100% accuracy.
  • Review fast-moving inventory and replenish stacks in time, controlling non-moving stocks and finished goods dispatches.
  • Transport imported raw materials and dispose of scraps in a timely manner.
  • Practice continual improvement and maintain a good atmosphere at Stores.
  • Record keeping as per system standards, including GRN postings and completion, daily and issuance records.
  • Manage all types of MM transactions in the system, including Service PO, GRN, and more.
  • Inward and outward movement of engineering items, focusing on time study and reporting.
  • Booking materials with economic transport practices and conducting 5S audits.
  • Ensure SHE standards and PPE for self and contract recruits.

Requirements

  • Material Management / SAP MM Module experience.
  • 5-10 years of experience with a B.Com, B.Sc, Diploma, or BBA degree.
  • No Engineering graduates are eligible.
