ITSM Module Expertise

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow ITSM Module Developer to join our team at STAIDLOGIC Software Private Limited. As a ServiceNow ITSM Module Developer, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalogue, Knowledge Management, and Request Management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configuring ITSM modules and implementing custom applications using ServiceNow tools like Studio, Flow Designer, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, REST APIs, and AngularJS
  • Designing and implementing complex workflows and automation within ServiceNow
  • Building and customizing reports and dashboards; proficient with ServiceNow Performance Analytics
  • Experience with data import and manipulation using Import Sets and Transform Maps
  • Knowledgeable in ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and Secure Development Lifecycle (SDLC)

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience with enterprise/large Service Management implementations
  • Expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture, database structure, and core functionalities
  • Certified in ITSM and ITBM, with additional ServiceNow implementation certifications; experience with multiple ServiceNow releases is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field; ITIL V3 or V4, ServiceNow CSA, and CAD certifications
