About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Sales Manager who can motivate their team members to meet sales targets and drive revenue growth.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent coaching skills, be able to support and motivate sales agents, and have a proven track record of success in a sales environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coaching and mentoring sales team members to reach their full potential
- Revisiting targets on a regular basis and identifying challenges to mitigate them
- Ensuring sales associates remain motivated and perform optimally
- Training sales personnel to build rapport with clients and close deals regularly
- Team Management: overseeing sales team targets, handling issues, and providing feedback
- Managing escalations and serving as a bridge between teams
- Measuring and managing team performance using leading indicators (TAT, Visits)
Business Acumen:
A successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of business operations, including achievements, objectives, and goals.
They should be strategic thinkers with a managerial mindset, possessing excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze factors at play to design targets.
Extraversion is key for this role, as the individual will need to enjoy interacting with people and working collaboratively as part of a team.
