Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our sales team. As a BDE, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic partnerships, identifying new opportunities, and expanding our client base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generating and managing new leads, setting meetings with prospective clients.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients and partners across all levels.
  • Contribute to the client base expansion and maintain business performance standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Master's in Business, HR, or related field.
  • Strong cold-calling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Must be comfortable working in night shifts.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Proven sales track record.
