About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Fundraising and Business Development Professional to join our team at Give. As an NGO Fundraising Manager, you will be responsible for initiating and establishing relationships with CSR decision makers, identifying relevant funders, and building high-quality funding proposals.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate and establish relationships with CSR decision makers
- Do secondary research and identify relevant funders
- Work with multiple nonprofits and internal teams to build high-quality funding proposals
- Build pitch decks and fundraising collateral
- Own fundraising targets and handle day-to-day fundraising operations
Requirements
- 7+ years of overall experience with at least 3 years in a fundraising/growth/sales/B2B relationships and partnerships role
- Genuine interest in the social impact sector
- Growth mindset, self-motivated, high confidence, and risk appetite
- Top-tier communication skills and great listening skills
- Strong academic and professional credentials, MBA preferred
