We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Researcher & Advertising Specialist to join our team. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive market research, analyzing data, and developing effective advertising strategies to drive business results.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct primary and secondary research to gather insights on markets, competitors, customer preferences, and industry trends.
  • Analyze data to identify potential business opportunities and marketing strategies.
  • Prepare research summaries, reports, and presentations for internal teams and management.
  • Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring advertising campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms.
  • Support the marketing team in developing creative concepts based on research findings.
  • Track campaign performance, analyze results, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with design, sales, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
  • Assist in developing customer personas and target audience segmentation.
  • Stay updated with emerging advertising trends, marketing tools, and industry best practices.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of market research methodologies and tools.
  • Basic understanding of advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools.
  • Good understanding of SEO, SEM, and content marketing basics.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and meet deadlines.
  • 2-4 years of experience in business research, market analysis, or advertising roles.
