Job Description

As a key member of the Avery Dennison team, the Senior Production Executive plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production facilities. Reporting directly to the Production Manager, this role requires a strong focus on planning, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demands and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Collaborate with the Production Manager and production team to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure effective inventory management and optimize resource utilization to maximize production capacity.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, sales teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and delivery of customer needs.
  • Lead and motivate the production team to achieve business objectives and maintain a positive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering.
  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in production management or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
