Customer Relationship Manager and Business Development Expert

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Relationship Manager to join our team at Deepal Sheth Jobs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and drive business growth.
- Work closely with the retail hub team to ensure seamless customer interactions and resolve any issues promptly.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns that attract and retain customers.
About You:
- You have 3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in sales or business development.
- You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
- You are a results-driven professional with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- You are fluent in English and have a deep understanding of the local market.
