Job Title: Piping Design Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Piping Design Expert to join our team. As a key member of our design department, you will be responsible for creating detailed piping designs and layouts using Smart Plant 3D (SP3D) and AutoCAD.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create accurate and efficient piping designs and layouts using SP3D and AutoCAD
  • Prepare and interpret Process & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) for Supercritical Boilers
  • Collaborate with the stress analysis team to optimize routing and ensure structural integrity
  • Model pipe supports and create isometric extracts
  • Develop Bills of Quantity (BOQ), Bills of Materials (BOM), and Material Take-Offs (MTO)
  • Participate in design review meetings and provide technical input to drive project success
Requirements:
  • Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering
  • 7–10 years of experience in piping design and layout
  • Strong understanding of SP3D, AutoCAD, and P&ID creation
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
