About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Security Senior Executive to join our growing team. As Chief Information Security Strategist, you will play a vital role in supporting the development, implementation, and maintenance of our information security program, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

This includes implementing or maintaining an Information Security Management System (ISMS) aligned to one or more compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA, or NIST 53.

You will conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify and mitigate security threats, manage and maintain information security controls, including access controls, data encryption, and incident response procedures.

In addition, you will be responsible for security assessment of cybersecurity controls across on-prem and cloud environments to determine control effectiveness and adherence to both internal cybersecurity policies and external requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementing or maintaining ISMS aligned to industry standards
  • Conducting risk assessments and vulnerability analyses
  • Managing and maintaining information security controls
  • Security assessment of cybersecurity controls

Around 4.5-6 years of experience in a related field, preferably with expertise in information security management, cybersecurity, and compliance.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

We offer a competitive salary of around $150,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plan matching, and paid time off.
