Job Purpose:

Deliver comprehensive audiology services in Amplifon clinics, including audiology diagnostics, hearing aid fitting, and verification.

Key Responsibilities:

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build trust and demonstrate high integrity.

Proficiency in operating audiometric equipment and administering diagnostic audiological tests for adults and children.

Knowledge of hearing and related speech disorders.

Ability to counsel adults with hearing loss using a client-centered approach.

Working knowledge of current and past hearing aid and assistive devices technology.

Ability to fit and verify hearing aids and assistive devices.

Record-keeping and report preparation skills.

Ability to maintain favorable relations with doctors, customers, and internal stakeholders.

Willingness to work in different teams and demonstrate accountability to each customer.

Ability to learn and adapt to clinical work as per organizational inputs.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelors in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology (BASLP) or Masters in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology (MASLP)
