Strategic Facade Engineer

The ideal candidate for this position will be a skilled facade engineer with expertise in creating visually appealing and user-friendly designs that meet business objectives.
This role involves leading the design team, collaborating with cross-functional teams, developing design concepts, conducting user research, and staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in design.
The successful applicant will provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, collaborate with product managers and developers, and present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders and clients.
Key responsibilities include managing multiple projects, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines, and delivering high-quality design work.
With a strong understanding of AutoCAD and experience with REVIT being highly desirable, the ideal candidate will have excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
A Bachelor's degree in Architecture/Civil and relevant certifications in Façade Design are required for this role. The successful candidate will be able to contribute to improving design processes and workflows as a subject matter expert.
