At ICCS, we are seeking an experienced sales leader to spearhead our outbound sales strategy and drive team performance. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales plans that meet or exceed revenue targets.

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our dynamic team as a senior account manager where you will be leading a team of sales professionals in achieving exceptional customer experience through strategic planning, training, and coaching. The successful candidate will have at least 5-7 years of outbound sales experience and 2-3 years of experience in a sales management role.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive business growth
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Supervise account managers to ensure they have the necessary tools and support to succeed
  • Create an assertive sales culture and environment
  • Set and monitor team metrics and goals
  • Design and deliver associate sales training programs
  • Participate in regular call monitoring to improve sales quality and strategy
  • Undertake activities to deliver exceptional customer experience
  • Develop, train, and implement operational and sales tools for team leaders and account managers

Salary Information:

We offer a competitive salary package with a base salary of $120,000 per annum, plus commission and benefits.
