Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating leads, pitching our wide portfolio of work, and maintaining lead data.

Main Responsibilities

">

• Generate leads via various channels such as Upwork, Guru, LinkedIn, etc.
">

• Pitch with Prospera Soft's wide portfolio of work and discover new leads
">

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead data
">

• Bid for work on various portals, leveraging your expertise in IT services sales
">

• Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners through effective communication and follow-up
">

Requirements

">

To succeed in this role, you should have:
">

• Experience in IT services sales, with a proven track record of success
">

• Excellent English speaking skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues alike
">

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
">

• A self-motivated and results-driven individual who can work independently with minimal supervision
">

• Knowledge of various technology stacks, including but not limited to cloud computing, cybersecurity, and data analytics
">

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
