Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer and Creative Lead to spearhead our visual strategy. This role requires a hands-on designer who can also act as the quality benchmark for the creative team.

The ideal candidate will spend around 70% of their time designing and producing client assets directly, including graphics, storyboards, social media creatives, and campaign visuals. The remaining 30% will be dedicated to quality oversight, mentoring, and ensuring smooth delivery across projects.

  • Design Execution (Core Focus): Produce high-quality creative assets, adapt designs quickly for different platforms, maintain and update brand guidelines and assets.
  • Creative & Quality Oversight: Review all creative outputs for consistency, spacing, hierarchy, alignment, and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Team & Project Support: Mentor junior designers, help manage timelines, priorities, and workload allocation, partner with project managers and leadership.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A mid-to-senior designer with exceptional visual skills and a portfolio of high-quality work.
  • Expert in graphic design, storyboarding, and campaign execution.
  • Confident in both executing and critiquing design work to professional standards.
  • Experienced working in a fast-paced agency environment with tight deadlines.
  • Comfortable managing workload independently while also mentoring others.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and calm under pressure.
