Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Compensation and Benefits professional to lead our total rewards strategy and ensure that our compensation and benefits programs align with our business objectives.

Estimated Salary Range

Rupee 25,00,000 - Rupee 40,00,000 per annum (based on location and experience)

Key Responsibilities
  • Compensation Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive compensation strategy that attracts and retains top talent while ensuring alignment with our business objectives.
  • Benefits Administration: Manage and administer our employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  • Incentive Programs: Design and implement incentive programs that motivate employees to drive business results.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to ensure our compensation and benefits packages remain competitive.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: At least 20+ years of experience in human resources with expertise in total rewards, benefits, and wellness.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
About the Role

This role requires a strong understanding of compensation and benefits principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and make sound judgments based on data analysis.
