Business Development Associate

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Executive to join our Sales team at Cloudester Software LLP. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Cold Calling and Lead Generation: You will be responsible for generating new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
- Understanding Customer Needs: You must have an excellent understanding of customer needs and requirements, as well as product features and benefits.
- Qualifying Opportunities: Along with the appropriate SDRs, you will qualify opportunities for further development and closure.
- Sales and Revenue Growth: You will be a part of closing sales and achieving quarterly quotas.
- Research and Analysis: You will research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest among potential customers.
- Industry Experience: You should have experience working in the ITService industry.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills (English written and verbal) are essential for this role.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with LinkedIn and other sales tools is required.
- Education: A graduate degree with good research skills is necessary.
- Additional Skills: Some experience with writing content, strong listening and presentation skills, and knowledge of primary and secondary research are preferred.
The salary for this position is expected to be around ₹6-8 lakhs per annum, based on the location and industry standards.
