  • The ideal candidate will have a degree in Mechanical Engineering and at least 3+ years of experience in a large manufacturing plant, preferably from the PEB / Structural Steel / Fabrication / Manufacturing industry.
  • They will be responsible for maintaining and supervising the operation of complex mechanical systems, ensuring 99% uptime and minimizing breakdowns through effective preventive maintenance (PM).
  • The successful candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to reduce equipment downtime, repair costs, and enhance operational efficiency.
  • They will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement maintenance strategies that align with business objectives.

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in a large manufacturing plant.
  • Preferably from PEB / Structural Steel / Fabrication / Manufacturing industry.

  • Strong focus on preventive maintenance (PM) to minimize breakdowns.
  • Ability to reduce equipment downtime, repair costs, and enhance operational efficiency.
