Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized professional to join our team as a Management Intern.

This role will provide an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management, working closely with senior managers to execute various projects.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to handle confidential information with integrity, and possess strong administrative skills.

As a Management Intern, you will be responsible for assisting in the management and execution of projects, coordinating meetings and events, and maintaining accurate records and reports.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects, and provide support to senior managers as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Quantitative Undergraduate Degree: A degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, or economics is required.
  • MBA from Tier 1/2/3 College: An MBA from a reputable tier 1/2/3 college is also required.
  • Fintech or Financial Services Experience: While not mandatory, experience in fintech or financial services would be advantageous.
