Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Drug Development Program Director to join our team at PI Health Sciences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Leadership: Oversee and direct cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of complex drug development programs.
  • Project Oversight: Develop and manage detailed program timelines, deliverables, and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication of project progress, risks, and milestones.
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify program risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including R&D, regulatory, quality assurance, and manufacturing, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Stakeholder Management: Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency across the organization.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Business, or related field. PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of program or project management experience in the CRO/CDMO space, with a proven track record in managing complex drug development and manufacturing programs.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of the drug development lifecycle (from preclinical through commercial manufacturing). Expertise in managing multi-disciplinary teams and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to manage competing priorities, address challenges, and drive resolution with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
