This is a full time office role based at our HQ in Delhi.
The Role
- You will be the face of our customer support team, responding to inquiries via phone, email, and chat, in a professional and courteous manner.
- You will listen attentively to customer concerns, questions, and feedback, and provide accurate and relevant information to address their needs.
- You will troubleshoot and resolve customer issues promptly, aiming for first-contact resolution whenever possible.
- You will assist customers with order processing, product information, pricing, and availability inquiries.
- You will stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to effectively address customer inquiries.
- You will assist in processing returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies and procedures.
- You will handle customer escalations with professionalism and empathy, seeking appropriate resolutions while keeping the customer's best interest in mind.
Your Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in any field
- Prior experience in customer service, retail, or a related field is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
- Good communication skills with fluency in Hindi and English.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet to provide quick and effective solutions.
